Chad Fitz is an IFG Advisory National Practice Director in Chicago. Chad has over 20 years of experience providing impactful and cost-effective solutions that drive sustainable and measurable improvements, including 10 years as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of two large multi-nationals and various roles in FP&A and Financial Systems support.

Tracy Shick

Vice President of Advisory Services

Tracy Shick provides strategic direction, project management and client support to IFG’s advisory practice. She has over 15 years of experience and has focused working closely with Controllers and CFOs on finance transformation initiatives, accounting standard implementations, process improvements, M&A integration, and pre-IPO support.

Jim French

National Practice Director

Jim French is an IFG Advisory National Practice Director in Chicago and leads the firm’s Finance Transformation consulting group.  Jim has more than 30 years of professional experience in the areas of Finance Transformation, technical accounting issues, acquisition / divestiture accounting, and business process optimization.
